Feferiti Lux Loft + Patio is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from weddings and birthdays to corporate functions and more. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and memorable experience for all our clients.

Venue Description:

Feferiti Lux Loft is a modern, open loft featuring exposed brick, polished concrete floors, and abundant natural light. The venue also boasts beautiful outdoor patio grounds, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional event spaces.

Parking

Feferiti provides free parking in a 2-floor garage structure behind the building, with an available valet option. Overflow parking can accommodate up to 100 cars on the neighborhood streets.

Parking Description:

If you park on the ground floor, follow the “Roof/Elevator” signs to reach the elevator and ride to the 3rd floor. If parking on the 2nd floor of the garage, navigate to the stairs leading to the rooftop, then cross the patio grounds to the north glass doors at the Atrium and take the stairs/elevator to the 3rd floor.

Host Rules

Overtime:

Events can run until midnight with cleanup/load out completed by 1 AM.

- Cleaning/Damages:

Clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during the event. A damages policy will apply for any significant damages incurred.

- Furniture:

Moving furniture requires advance notice.

- Miscellaneous Policies:

Smoking is not permitted on the property. Use of decorations such as glitter/confetti is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (no voicemail). There are no refunds for cancellations. A non-refundable rental fee advance of 50% is required to reserve the venue. In the event of a mandate such as COVID-19, postponements within 18 months will incur no rescheduling fee.
